Surprising Hidden Fat Burning Gems
Everybody knows fruits and vegetables are the typical “healthy foods”. You may be surprised to hear some of the choices for the top fat burning foods that are best for weight loss and good health. I know I was, because I had always heard not so good things about the consumption of these foods. Too high in fat, too much cholesterol, etc… you get the picture. But as I have done more reading and the “experts” have done more research seems that these foods are not so bad for you and actually provide some badly needed nutrients to for you metabolism and body to function better and are good for fat loss.
1. Egg Yolks – What! You say. Complete egg yolks with all of their fat and cholesterol. Oh and by the way, the thought now is that the cholesterol in egg yolks actually raises your GOOD cholesterol and helps balance proper ratios.
You will find that there are loads of vitamins, minerals, and trace nutrients in egg yolks. This makes them one of the most nutrient dense foods available. The list all of the vital nutrients in egg yolks is too long to list here but just remember, egg yolks should NOT be avoided in favor of egg whites. Even the protein is more bioavailable when you include the yolks!
So don’t be afraid to eat eggs and start burning stomach fat faster.
2. Avocados - Loaded with healthy fats, fiber, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. Avocados are another best fat burning “fatty food”! Avocados also will add a rich creamier taste to your dishes and make them more delicious. A great side benefit is that the healthy fat in avocados will help control hunger and fat burning hormones in your body.
If you have not tried, add a little avocado or guacamole to your morning eggs. Or put a few slices of avocado on salads, sandwiches, and burgers. You will start burning body fat faster.
Avocados would be considered one of the best healthy super foods.

3. Grass-fed beef - Grass-fed beef contains much higher levels of healthy omega-3 fatty acids and lower omega-6 fats. Our diet of processed foods contains too much omega-6 today. Another great benefit is that this beef also contains higher levels of vitamins, minerals, and linoleic acid (CLA). Linoleic acid is a healthy fat that helps your body to burn fat.
You may have to go to a butcher or perhaps a natural food store to get grass-fed beef. Your typical grocery store will most likely have grain fed beef. This beef is from cattle that may have been in poor health and because of their diet they have lesser nutrition values. You will also find that the omega-6 to omega-3 fat ratios that are out of line.
